Every VELIA piece starts with the material. Here is what our bags and accessories are made of, so you know exactly what you are carrying.

Premium vegan leather

Most of our bags, like the Clara Essential, the Elora Soft Tote, the Daily Tote and the Weekend Carryall, are crafted from smooth premium vegan leather. It is soft to the touch, keeps its structure and is cruelty-free, always.

Woven vegan leather

Styles such as the Mimi Woven and the Elora Woven Tote use a woven vegan leather finish for a textured, handcrafted look with the same easy care as our smooth leather.

Genuine leather

The Clara Genuine Leather is made entirely from genuine leather: a plush suede leather front with smooth leather sides and back, finished with gold hardware.

Linen lining

Selected styles are lined with high-quality linen and organised compartments, including a dedicated laptop compartment, so nothing disappears into one big void.

Hardware

Gold-tone hardware and turn-lock or snap closures give every bag its finishing touch.

Vegan suede

Our dust bag is made from soft vegan suede to protect your bag from dust, scratches and light when it is not in use.

Caring for your bag

Wipe vegan leather gently with a soft, dry cloth, keep your bag away from prolonged direct sunlight and heat, and store it in its dust bag to keep it looking beautiful for years.
