Prices may change before an order is accepted. Changes will not affect previously accepted orders, except where correction of an obvious error is legally permitted.

HUGO RUSSETT may offer promotional campaigns, including Black Friday sales, seasonal discounts, quantity-based promotions, and complimentary gifts.

All promotional offers are subject to the eligibility requirements, product availability, and conditions displayed on the Site.

Buy More, Save More

Qualifying orders may receive additional discounts based on the number of eligible footwear items purchased:

• Buy 2 qualifying pairs: 20% additional discount.
• Buy 3 qualifying pairs: 25% additional discount.
• Buy 4 or more qualifying pairs: 30% additional discount.

Eligible discounts are applied automatically at checkout, subject to the promotional conditions displayed at the time of purchase.

Complimentary gifts are not counted as purchased footwear for the purpose of qualifying for quantity-based discounts.

Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retroactively after a completed purchase unless expressly stated or required by law.

Complimentary Gift Promotion

Qualifying orders may include complimentary HUGO RUSSETT Socks, as advertised on the Site.

Complimentary gifts are provided without an additional purchase price and are subject to the conditions of the applicable promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, the offer is limited to one complimentary gift set per qualifying order.

Complimentary gifts have no separate cash redemption value and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.

If an advertised gift becomes unavailable after an order has been accepted, we will contact the customer to arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a comparable substitute accepted by the customer or cancellation and a refund where applicable.

Promotional purchases remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and all mandatory consumer protection laws.

7. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms.

After checkout, customers receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during purchase.

11. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

HUGO RUSSETT offers a 30-day return policy for eligible products, beginning on the date of delivery.

To qualify for a standard return, footwear must generally be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, subject to reasonable indoor fitting and applicable consumer rights.
