How long does shipping take?

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Orders are typically processed within 48 hours, although processing may take up to 5 business days during busy periods. Once dispatched, delivery is estimated to take 10–20 business days, depending on your location. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Can I return my shoes if they don't fit?

Of course. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. Shoes must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. You may try them on indoors to check the fit. To request a return, simply contact support@hugoressett.com.

What if my shoes arrive damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@hugoressett.com with your order number and photographs of the issue. Our team will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, including a replacement or refund where applicable. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

How do I choose the right shoe size?
